Even though, permission is granted to copy, print and distribute in hard copy sections of this Site for the purpose of browsing and shopping or for placing an order at officegulf. Any unauthorised use of the material on this site without the prior permission of BJ are considered as illegal.

Any documents or ideas made out of this site can not be regarded as proof for any future settlement, and are not legally valid.

 Product Ownership & Copyright

The products listed in this site are products of other respective manufacturers, and are not the make of BJ. All those products are carrying the copyright or patents to their respective manufacturers, and BJ respects all those copyrights and patents. These products are subject to change of functionality or model, anytime without notice, as they are at the sole ownership of respective manufacturers. BJ cannot be held liable to any damage (personal or material) caused to, by the use of those products, which arises out of the manufacturing or handling defects of the product.

  User Details

A user to officegulf should be one having a valid email address, through which he/she is registered with officegulf as a user. The user is requested to furnish all the details, which BJ considers to be as sufficient for a successful registration of him/her as a user, which are listed in the user registration process. The details supplied by the user are screened and are checked for the validity. BJ will reject and delete those user accounts created with invalid details.

BJ reserves all rights to delete or modify a user account anytime.

 Order & Contract Formation

No legal contract shall subsist between you and BJ of any nature unless and until officegulf issues an official hard copy document on your name, mentioning otherwise. By placing an order, you are entitled to get the items you ordered, but it is of the nature of a mutual agreement.

BJ reserves the right to refuse any orders, without notice to the party ordered, claiming it to be of suspicious or uncertain nature. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

BJ reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature. If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.

The availability of the items requested are subject to change, and the user is requested to confirm the stock availability before making any orders. During these circumstances BJ reserves the right to amend the order quantity. If you do not wish to accept the amended quantity, then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.

Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid, by the way of payment mode mentioned during the order

 Pricing

We have not listed prices for all the products listed in the site. Certain items placed as offer, only are having prices listed. These prices are subject to change anytime.

The prices to all other products are made to the user’s notice directly. User can ask for a quote and BJ will go through the request and will reply to it with prices, if BJ found the request to be genuine.

 Delivery

We will deliver your order within normal working hours within 2 business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 5pm. If your order is received after 5pm, we will deliver the order within normal working hours within 3 business days. Otherwise the delivery time will be mentioned on to the user, for certain items on an order or to order as whole. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. Delivery made within The State of Kuwait is of free of cost. Cost of Outside Kuwait delivery will be mentioned separately along with the quotation, to the user. Those deliveries will be made through local carriers, of which the details & conditions will be passed on, at the time of order process.

 Warranty & Compensation

Save in respect of your statutory rights, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under these terms of our contract with you, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by our negligence) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use by you.

Product Warranty and services are offered to the users as mentioned by the respective manufacturer. BJ is not responsible for any cost of service to the items, which in turn will be charged from the user.

All the transactions done by you, are considered to be as done in acceptance of the terms & conditions mentioned above.
